cl-rfc2388 software package provides implementation of RFC 2388 in Common Lisp, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-rfc2388
cl-rfc2388 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-rfc2388 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-rfc2388 *
You will get with cl-rfc2388 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
